How LTCI billing works

Two paths

Direct billing: If your LTCI carrier supports direct provider billing, we can bill them on your behalf. You don't pay out of pocket. We need the policy number, carrier billing contact, and a copy of the benefits summary.

Reimbursement: If your policy reimburses you after the fact, you pay the private-pay rate at the time of service. We provide a fully itemized invoice including date, mileage, route, vehicle type, and trip purpose — everything an LTCI claim form requires.

What we provide for every trip

  • Pickup and drop-off times
  • Round-trip mileage
  • Vehicle type (ambulatory or wheelchair)
  • Medical provider name and address
  • Trip purpose (appointment type)
