Yes. Under New York Workers' Compensation Law, transportation to authorized medical appointments related to a work-related injury is covered. DachiPlus bills directly to the carrier or self-insured employer using the NF-3 or equivalent form. We require the case number, carrier information, and adjuster contact at booking.

For Medicaid riders, ask your therapy clinic or doctor's office to request a standing order through MAS and to list DachiPlus as your preferred transportation provider. For private pay, workers' compensation, or no-fault auto, we set up a recurring schedule with you and bill the appropriate carrier.
